If a decision maker or a non-IT employee spends more than an hour a week dealing with and/or troubleshooting IT related issues, then your company is losing a significant amount of productivity which translates directly into losing revenue. Does this describe your IT situation?
This means hiring BVI, or a company like BVI, to manage your computers and technology through a ticket system or some other method. Typically, service agreements are significantly more cost effective than hiring an internal IT.
